I enjoy cooking vegan and vegetarian dishes, but I am not vegetarian myself!

Dietary restrictions I will be discussing on this blog:

  • sugar free/low sugar
  • gluten free
  • low salt/no salt

The only one of these restrictions that applies to me personally is eating low sugar, but I often cook for someone who needs all three for medical reasons! This can be difficult, especially as I explore Chinese and Korean foods, so I’ll definitely try to share what works for me and what doesn’t.
